Announcing the Newest Addition to  the Cornell Program in Real Estate Job Board

The Cornell Program in Real Estate (PRE) is pleased to announce the addition of “Keeping it Real,” a real estate career news and advice column for Cornell Program in Real Estate students and Cornell Real Estate Council members. “Keeping it Real” will be incorporated into the existing Job Board serving Cornell’s Program in Real Estate. This column will comprise many exciting features, including interviews with PRE alumni and Advisory Board/Council members, profiles of top real estate companies, up-to-date links to current news and career-related articles from numerous media sources, and many other items of interest to Cornellians in real estate.

The Cornell Program in Real Estate Job Board has been very well-received, with over 300 members, and “Keeping it Real” improves upon the already successful format. The Job Board will continue to provide a resource to cut through the clutter and confusion of the real estate job search with a resource focused exclusively on middle-to-top level commercial real estate positions. “Keeping it Real” is an exciting new feature of the Job Board, and it continues the Program in Real Estate’s commitment to provide its students and council members with a premier site for real estate careers and advice.

The Cornell Program in Real Estate Job Board and Keeping It Real are available to all Cornell Real Estate Council  members through April 15, 2010. After this date only current dues paying CREC members will be granted access to the Job Board and Keeping It Real.

Cornell University alumni and friends of the Program in Real Estate, with an interest in the real estate industry or related activities, are invited to become dues-supporting member of the Cornell Real Estate Council. This financial support helps subsidize the costs associated with council events and publications. With annual support of $100, members receive a copy of the Cornell Real Estate Council member directory and access to the on-line directory; a copy of the student-published Cornell Real Estate Journal; and notification and discounts for upcoming regional events and conferences.
