On November 5, 2011, I posted about my frustration at being unable to automate synchronization between various calendars--iCal, Outlook and Google. In mid December, I received a comment from Terrence Tan (thanks!) who called my attention to third-party software called Spanning Synch. This elegant piece of software costs $25 for a one-year subscription or $65 to own it "forever." Spanning Synch allows you to share calendars between multiple Macs as well as connect Google Calendar to your iPod or iPhone and other devices.
